Brought in for possible battery issue. Sat in area waiting with no update. Around 10 decided to go check, advisor made me feel like a burden. Said they were just looking at vehicle. Remember 7am appt, this is 10. Went back at 12 and advisor is eating fried shrimp and said they didn't page you? No sir been waiting and must add I was the only one waiting, remember appt at 7. I had to ask what was wrong and just said it was an update. 5hrs 30 min waited for an update. Left at 12:30. Look at my paper and it was completed at 11:00. Called ask for service manager, connected to Candace. So I explained my disappointment and she said it was my advisors lunch which I said I know because he was eating fried shrimp in front of me. (Don't you think I was hungry too). Candace said she would give my name/number and the service manager would call me,NEVER DID HE CALL. I was in service busy for 39 years and my patient satisfaction was in the 99th percentile winning nation wide acknowledgements. I didn't achieve this because of the way you treated me, I achieved this because I cared about the service we were providing to our patients. Giving updates often and when needed. I was out there making sure service was provided timely. I made sure my staff would contact me immediately with any patient issues. I was rounding everyday with patients to make sure we met their needs. I was ignored, left frustrated to the point I want to get rid of a Service Chevrolet product.

After 2 day without a call or text for a update, I called the service department. Liz advised the technician reported he determined that the system had a leak. The following afternoon, Liz called and said the technician could not find the leak. He added a dye but that failed to show the leak. Liz said I could come pick up the vehicle and just drive it until the a/c stopped working again. I do not feel the issue was handled correctly with no resolution and repair made. The a/c will invariably fail again and I will have to bring the vehicle in for a 3rd time. Not good!
