2019 Cadillac CTS

<p>There are five trim levels available for the 2019 Cadillac CTS: the Standard, Luxury, Premium Luxury, V-Sport, and V-Sport Premium Luxury. The Standard sets the stage with signature vertical taillights; LED running lights; and 17-inch, 10-spoke, painted aluminum wheels. The Luxury builds upon that with high-definition LEDs, a power sunroof, and 17-inch alloy wheels. The Premium Luxury adds lighted door handles and sill plates and 18-inch, 15-spoke, painted alloy wheels and all-season low-profile tires.</p><p>The V-Sport kicks it up a notch with a black-chrome-accented grille and 18-inch machined-finish wheels. Finally, the V-Sport Premium Luxury trim also provides illuminated door handles and a power sunroof.</p>

The CTS can reach 50 mph in just 5.5 seconds. The Standard and Luxury trims both have a 2.0-liter turbo engine, the Premium Luxury comes with a 3.6-liter V-6 engine, and a 3.6-liter twin-turbo V-6 is standard in the V-Sport and V-Sport Premium Luxury.

<p>Drivers can choose between an all-wheel-drive or rear-wheel-drive car. The CTS comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a 19-gallon fuel tank. When driving around the city, you can travel approximately 418 miles with the 2.0-liter engine or 361 miles with the 3.6-liter engine; and when cruising down the highway, the 2.0-liter engine will carry you and your passengers about 570 miles, while the 3.6-liter engine can really go the distance with about a 551-mile range.</p><p>A sport suspension — standard on the CTS, Luxury, and Premium Luxury trims — provides additional comfort alongside the car's luxurious ride. Additionally, the Premium, V-Sport, and V-Sport Premium Luxury trims come equipped with magnetic ride control, which helps maximize stability and handling. This feature is also an optional upgrade on the Luxury trim but is unavailable on the CTS base model.</p>

<p>The luxury of the 2019 CTS really shines through once you're inside the car. At the lower end of the trim spectrum, the Standard trim comes with high-gloss Sapele wood trim, and the Luxury adds leather seating and heated and ventilated front seats. The mid-range Premium Luxury comes with all the great features of the previous trims but with tri-zone climate control, a choice of interior accents, and sunshades. Moving to the upper-level trims, the V-Sport includes a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and the top-of-the-line V-Sport Premium Luxury gets leather seating, aluminum sport pedals, and 20-way adjustable front seats.</p><p>Technology is also a large part of the CTS's luxury interior, and all trims include cutting-edge features such as wireless-device charging, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth connectivity, and a SiriusXM trial. Luxury-trim owners add the Cadillac user experience with navigation and a Bose Centerpoint surround-sound system; the Premium Luxury adds a rear camera and multicolor head-up display; the V-Sport provides high-definition gauges; and finally, the V-Sport Premium Luxury adds a V-Sport performance theme to the high-definition gauges.</p>

Safety features abound in all the CTS trims. Starting with a StabiliTrak electronic stability control system, air bags throughout the cabin, traction control, and rear park assist on all trims, the Luxury adds a driver-awareness package that includes forward-collision alert, lane-keep assist, rear cross-traffic alert, and more. The Premium Luxury adds surround vision and, along with the V-Sport trim, automatic parking assist. Finally, the V-Sport Premium Luxury comes with a driver-assist package that includes premium features like adaptive cruise control and automatic braking.
