I would have given 5 stars because I did appreciate getting a loaner vehicle which is important bc my vehicle is used for work (Landscaping). My steering gear went out which was covered under warranty. There was also a recall on the Gateway Data Module. It was supposed to be reprogrammed which I do not think it was. It wasn’t anywhere on the paperwork that it was reprogrammed and my app doesn’t show that it was programmed either. However I was told it was . I think that wasn’t true…. At least pertaining to any paperwork evidence it was done I can not find that … just service person saying yes when I asked. I don’t have lots of extra time to spare to bring vehicles in when they don’t work.. it really puts a strain on my life so I was hoping all the work would of been done. Hopefully I won’t have any problems with the Gateway Data Module that has a recall to be reprogrammed bc I already had the truck at the shop once for steering gear.

I walked in with no Appointment and they took me in and was ready within a little over an hour , I was a little disappointed with the cost of my visit , over 75.00 Dollars for oil change and tire rotation , that is a little over my budget , especially the tire rotation at 31.00 Dollars , how do come out with that uneven number …. A little disappointed…. But thank y’all , I also had the Cigar smell in my car !!!

I went in for a routine oil change”, I thought.” then they called my name to pick up my truck. They changed my oil, but the service guy the service technician forgot to tell me that they changed my air filter. Well, he told me after they called my name to go in too bad I wasn’t on a tight budget. Because if I would’ve been, then he would have been responsible for that because he did not tell me about it until after they called my name to come to the pay window and pay. He told me that while we was walking there.

Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Since this was our first time being on the Chevrolet side, they made us very comfortable. The guy let us know where the waiting area, refreshments and restrooms were. I was very pleased.

The a c outlets and my chevre silverado does not work. It never has worked. This time when I brought it in, you.Simply ran a test and said everything looks fine. It still doesn't work. One of the features it calls me to buy the truck in the first place is the a.C outlet capability. Why would you sell a feature that doesn't work? Or is only as good as a phone charger. Ford offers this option with a unit that will run a complete household.

I have brought my car in twice. Both times you refuse to work on my vehicle. Your reason is there is and aftermarket battery cable.That's attached to my battery only. It doesn't interfere with anything and is out of the way. Your technician saw it through the grill and decided he would not work on it. I spoke with 2 technicians.And they each said the same thing. I also try to speak with the Sales manager. He was busy with three other guys at work at server chevrolet. He acknowledged that I was there and said, I'll be right with you. However, after twenty five minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. I'm a very serious customer, and I expect to be treated.Like everyone else. I've also mentioned on my last feedback that, i will not hesitate to trade my chevrolet trip for another brand, i'll take my business to another dealership. Furthermore, if anything should happen too. Am I feel cool because you neglected two address the check engine light, i am holding you personally responsible for any and all damages.

Quickest oil change that I've experienced at Service Chevrolet. My appointment was at 1120 and I was out of there before noon. Bad thing is the service techs totally forgot to fill my windshield wiper fluid. 🥴 Other than that, is was a good experience.

My car kept texting me to add air to one of my tires. I brought it in and found out there were 3 tiny holes in it. The tire was not in stock so they ordered it. I came back two days later and was helped right away. The waiting area always smells like fresh popcorn. Life is good.

Oran, my service advisor, was great and I would prefer to deal with him in the future. He was the bright side of the experience. I was told the chirping in my truck was coming from the thermostat and this is what the paperwork states. The repair was quoted at $607. I opted to change the thermostat myself using an OEM replacement. This did not resolve the chirping, which means I would have paid $607 to do a 30minute repair for something that was not causing the issue. I reached out via the website and was supposed to receive a call from a service manager and never have.

Roger Cerda did a great job staying in communication during the process. When I will be looking for my truck in a few months I will remember that.

Overall great experience

I dropped off my 2022 Colorado the Tuesday the next morning, Wednesday April 9th. I called Thursday PM, Liz said my truck was still in the queue to be diagnosed. I waited Friday for an update, no one ever called. I called Saturday mid morning, Liz explained that my truck was locked up and the tech had looked at it. I asked to just come get my truck, forget about the repair as I had work Monday. I work in Texas, I need my truck to drive to Texas. Liz said that it was locked up and she could not get it out. Liz called Monday morning, the truck had been repaired. Your flawed process and communication break down forced me to take an unnecessary vacation day from work. I have not had such an experience, since I cannot remember when.

I called the service and parts departments to have a trailer hitch installed on my traverse. i had a 15% off on accessories. they would not use. they said it was because I did not buy the hitch from there parts department. I went through service Chevrolet for all the purchasing and installation.

Dealership provided shuttle service and a loaner vehicle. The staff was professional. Appointment was made several days out and the vehicle took a week to fix. My truck had a check engine light when I picked it up. I am not sure why this was not addressed. Although codes came up and check engine light came on four times before the repair, the check engine light staying on is new. Two lifters were changed and the repair was covered by warranty.

Explained in detail repair procedures. Went out of their way for customer service. Greatly appreciated that.

The day before I went to service Chevrolet I went to breaux bridge for a blue Chevrolet Colorado, they didn't try to help me Didn't run my credit didn't even let me in the building telling me my trade would cost me over $1000 a month So I tried my luck with service Chevrolet For the same truck only this truck was brand new and it was orange They treated us with full respect and helped us so much and my note was not $1000 a month Thank you Des Bourgeois

I was about to get on the highway to go home to Alexandria, and my car had a warning light come on. I called the service department and had the pleasure of speaking with Roderick. It was late afternoon, and he did not act bothered at all. He had me drive right over, and they promptly checked on the issue. While I was waiting for my vehicle he came over, shook my hand, and introduced himself. The guy who greeted me when I drove up was also very pleasant, but I do not recall his name. Great friendly service all around!! Thank you!!!

I dropped my truck off on a Monday after setting up a. Appointment the Friday before. I was going out of town for a week and my truck was not touched. I paid 2 weeks of rental. I planned on 1 week but not the second because they had no loaner cars to use. My wife picked one up on Thursday and my truck was ready on Monday. Not impressed at all if my truck goes back in gif warranty work it will go to another dealership in town not sevice

Let people know the progress with there vehicles

I must have had a bad connection or been in a poor service are, because I didn’t understand the name of the service advisor that I finally reached. He was very patient and repeated himself enough times for me to understand the name and number of the toe truck driver. My car was towed without incident to the dealership. I bummed a ride from a friend. I had to call the dealership at 4:45 to learn that I would be on foot overnight. No loaner was offered. The next morning when Roderick called to tell me that my car was ready, I had to get Lyft to drop me off because they weren’t running the shuttle service. I’m in the process of moving out of town, and my car is under bumper to bumper warranty. Being without it was a major inconvenience and the dealership was no help whatsoever in this regard. When I went in to pick up my car, the woman at the checkout desk asked if I was returning a loaner, so obviously they do loan out cars for customer use, just not to me. The work was exemplary.

Took to long is my reason for 3 stars. Customer service from every single person I dealt with was top notch and deserves 5 stars. From my 1st call with Roddick, the runners, the cashier and even the person that made popcorn and coffee in the lounge were friendly and professional but... I've bought 3 brand new trucks in 3 years from Service Chevrolet and have dealt with the service department a few times. The length of time and no one able to give a date that work will finish has impacted my small business greatly. A work truck down means my clients aren't seen nor billed. I could have brought it to an air conditioning repair place and saved a lot of money. Your facilities and staff are fantastic but I doubt I'll purchase there again. I need new vehicles with great warranties that include quick service when in need. I did not feel like a priority while making excuses to my clients and I'm sure that Roddick felt horrible making excuses with me.

I bought a CERTIFIED Silverado 1500 ZR2 with 60,000 miles on it BARELY PUT 600 miles on it and it powered down on me so I brought it in I was told it was the battery then I’m charged 440 dollars for a battery and install so why do I have to pay for battery and install when I barely put 600 miles on this so called certified truck

The dealership took my vehicle in right away and did the diagnostics. Service manager and staff even called me to pick up the car while waiting on parts to ensure the safe keeping of the car. Great job on their part. I am disappointed in GM though, that the part is taking 7 days to receive.

I've been here before. As a matter of fact, I was an employee long ago. I am committed to Svc Chevy and absolutely love my Equinox. Lisa is an awesome sales clerk and love doing business with her. This is my 2nd vehicle that I have purchased with her. It should show that she is good at what she does. Although this is not my 2nd Chevrolet. This is actually my 5th chevy. Pat Bergeron was my first salesman. 1-Cavalier, 2- Venture Van, 3-Blazer, 4-Sonic, and now my Equinox. Between me and family- we've had at least 20 Chevy's in the last 25 years. None have had engine problems! So I say- "Way to go Svc Chevy!"

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They all took their time with us and made us feel important.

I waited for over an 2 hours for an oil change which I had an appointment for. Also, you now add a surcharge to payment with a credit card. I feel enough is paid for the service and this should not be charged. I recently had major service done at an area Chevrolet dealer with a charge of over $1200 and no surcharge added. I went to the other dealer because I was told that my vehicle could be at your shop for up to a week. In and out of the other dealer in less than 4 hours.

I purchased my 2025 Travese in January 2025 so this was my "free" first oil change and service. I did not have to wait long and the service was excellent. Hopefully my future service appointments will go as well as this one.

Dropped off my pickup on Sunday evening for a simple oil change, tire rotation and two small recalls Monday afternoon around 3:30, I called the dealership to inquire about the status as there was no communication before that. Once the service rep called back, I was informed that the work could not be accomplished that day and was asked if it could stay another night. This was extremely inconvenient as I use my vehicle to commute and work. My wife had to take me to work for two days which is a 45 mile round trip as well as pick me up on Monday evening. Better communication the day of service would have been appreciated and helped to make necessary arrangements. I learned that it appears that if you leave your car for service and don't stay with it, the car becomes a low priority.

Liz, the service advisor was very friendly and advised me of all diagnostic tests performed and the results. She explained what service repairs needed to be done and time involved to perform them. She also gave me a quote of cost involved. when repairs were complete, she informed me that my truck was ready to be picked up. I had not mentioned anything about repair costs. she gave me a discount on cost of repairs which I really appreciated, I am very satisfied with Service Chevrolet. They have earned my trust and will be my choice for any future service regarding my Chevy truck.

My car was seen to quickly and everyone was so nice. I was well informed of the work that was being done and before I knew it I was being called to take care of the bill and was on my way. A part needed to be ordered and it was explained to me what it was and I was assured that until the part was received by them and I brought it in to have the part changed that the engine light would probably turn on ( which it did that is what the part was being replaced about in the first place). I was reaassured that it will be safe to drive unless the engine light began to flash then if so to contact the service man in charge of the department and he would see about whatever needs to happen for me. My only regret was that I forgot to get a bag of popcorn before leaving the dealership. They have THE BEST POPCORN! 😃🍿

I was scheduled far my 1st free oil change and tire rotation. After returning hm I noticed my wheels did not have any hand prints on them which led me to believe that my tires were never rotated. I called and ask about it and kept getting transfer to different peoples voicemail. It makes me wonder did they even changed my oil. I was not pleased

They keep associating these vehicles which I bring in for service with my wife's name, phone number, and email address. Even though I have dealing with Servicev GM since last century.
