2019 Cadillac Escalade

<p>The Cadillac Escalade is available in four trims: Base, Luxury, Premier Luxury, and Platinum. Each trim makes an elegant appearance beginning with a choice from one of seven to eight colors. Standard features that enhance the exterior include a chrome grille and door handles, running boards, roof rack, spoiler, and a power liftgate.</p><p>Upgrades to exterior features such as polished exhaust tips, 22-inch split 7-spoke alloy wheels, and a front grille highlighted with silver painted mesh are available in the Radiant Package.</p>

Each trim comes equipped with a 6.2 liter V-8 EcoTec3 engine accompanied by a 10-speed automatic with overdrive and auto-manual and 16-valves equipped with variable valve control. The Escalade's powerful V-8 produces 420 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and 460 pound-feet of torque at 4,100 rpm.

<p>The SUV is available in either rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. The adaptive suspension is supported by rear coil springs and magnetic fluid-filled front shocks, while rack and pinion electric power assisted steering takes care of handling and maneuverability for a stress-free driving experience. Use of the manual shift auto, sequential sport shift, and Magnetic Ride Control supports a smooth as silk ride.</p><p>The estimated fuel economy for the Escalade is 14 mpg in the city and 21 mpg on the highway for the four-wheel drive and 14 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway for the rear-wheel drive. The combined fuel rating for both is 17 mpg or 5.9 gallons per 100 miles. </p>

<p>The Escalade promotes top-scale comfort and convenience in its SUVs with seven- to eight-passenger seating. Depending on the trim, some of the standard seating features include an eight-way power driver seat, heated rear seats, lumbar support for passenger seating, removable third-row split-bench seat, and power reclining driver and passenger seats.</p><p>For drivers, the heated leather steering wheel has power telescoping, power tilting, auto tilt-away, and memory settings. Driver conveniences to promote an enjoyable driving experience include remote keyless entry, OnStar Turn-by-Turn navigation with voice activation, cruise control, pedal memory, power adjustable pedals, and remote engine start. </p><p>Getting and staying connected is easy with five USB ports and four 12-volt DC power outlets. First- and second-row LCD monitors, a Bose surround sound system, optional headphones, AM/FM radio, CD player, DVD audio, and internet access ensure entertainment whenever and wherever your destination may be. </p>

<p>Get into tight places easily and confidently with the automatic parking assist system. Utilize the SUVs traction control, Brembo four-wheel disc braking system, brake assist, and electronic stability with anti-roll capabilities for a secure drive. When necessary, engage the emergency communication system available on select trims.</p><p>The Escalade addresses passenger safety with an array of available features such as adjustable front and rear head restraints, driver and passenger front and side impact air bags, dual front impact air bags, front seatbelt pre-tensioners, and a three-point rear center seatbelt. To help maintain the safety of the SUV, a panic alarm and security system are standard equipment.</p>
