2020 Chevrolet Camaro
The Chevy Camaro is a classic sports car that gets a slight revamp for the 2020 model year. With many trim levels and configurations to choose from, along with high-performing engine options, this is one car that's ready to take on the track just as easily as the open road.
Trim Levels (Exterior)
The 2020 Chevy Camaro is available in eight trim levels: 1LS, 1LT, 2LT, 3LT, LT1, 1SS, 2SS, and ZL1. All trims are available as either a coupe or a convertible. The Camaro gets an updated look for the 2020 model year that keeps in tune with the retro formula that has worked so well over the years. The low-slung roof gives it a streamlined appearance and the new front fascia includes a body-color bar between the car's lower and upper grilles. The signature Chevy bowtie badge now sits on the upper grille.
Engine (Power)
The base engine in the 2020 Camaro is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that gets 275 horsepower and is paired to a six-speed manual as standard or an optional eight-speed automatic transmission. A V-6 engine is also available and is paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission. A 6.2-liter V-8 engine is available that pumps out 455 horsepower and is paired to a six-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission. For the most bang for your buck, opt for the available turbocharged V-8 engine that cranks out an impressive 650 horsepower.
Performance
The 2020 Camaro is an agile sports car. It has a sturdy rear suspension that keeps it grounded and a double-pivot control arm and strut design on the front suspension that complements the electric-assist power steering. The Camaro's handling has been improved thanks to the available magnetic ride control dampers.

The Camaro is no stranger to the race track and can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 5.0 seconds with the V-6 engine. It easily takes on all opponents with the V-8, which can reach 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 3.5 seconds.
Interior
Inside the Camaro, you'll find available contrast stitching adds some pizzazz, while the gauge cluster resembles a Tie Fighter. The two-seater sports car is available with Recaro sport bucket seats that feature thick bolsters that add to the sporty look. Heated and cooled seats are available as an option. The optional flat-bottom steering wheel provides the perfect grip for your hands. The interior is available in all black or with two-tone seats.

If you need to stash a few bags of groceries or other supplies, the coupe version of the Camaro has 9.3 cubic feet of cargo space, while the convertible version offers 7.3 cubic feet of space.
Safety Features
Although you'll likely want to hightail it in the Camaro, safety is always a concern. The car comes standard with eight air bags, front knee air bags, and a rearview camera. Bump up to the 2SS and ZL1 trim levels and you'll also get blind spot monitors with rear cross-traffic alerts, rear park assist, and forward-collision warnings. These options are available in the 3LT as well.
