2021 Chevrolet Traverse

You can choose from seven trims with the Chevy Traverse, namely the L, LS, LT Cloth, LT Leather, RS, Premier, and High Country. There are also many attractive paint options to choose from, including Cajun Red Tintcoat, Graphite Metallic, Black Cherry Metallic, and Iridescent Pearl Tricoat. The base trim offers many convenient standard features, such as a dual-outlet exhaust with bright round tips, 18-inch aluminum wheels, automatic on/off headlamps, and heated and power-adjustable mirrors.

The LS trim adds deep-tinted rear windows, HID headlamps, and LED daytime running lamps, while the LT Cloth trim provides mirrors with turn-signal indicators, fog lamps, and roof-mounted side rails. The Traverse is powered by a robust 3.6-liter V-6 engine, which is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and produces 310 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is optional on all trims except the base trim. With this engine, you'll receive a respectable fuel-economy rating of 18 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway.

The Traverse features an available driver mode selector, which provides different modes with customized settings. Available modes include Front-Wheel Drive, which provides the most fuel-efficient ride; All-Wheel Drive, for when you're driving on slippery surfaces; Off-Road, which delivers extra torque; and Tow/Haul, for when you're towing heavy loads.

The Traverse's cabin is spacious and provides comfortable seating for up to eight passengers. In addition, this SUV also offers a best-in-class cargo space of 23 cubic feet behind the third-row seats and 98.2 cubic feet with all rear seats folded down. The standard 7-inch infotainment system is equipped with many convenient features, including a Wi-Fi hot spot and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Available upgrades include an 8-inch display, navigation, a Bose premium audio system, and SiriusXM.

The base trim offers impressive standard features, such as an electronic parking brake, active noise cancelation, cruise control, and keyless open.
