Are you ready to Festival? Our favorite time of year is just around the corner – and you’ve got to be there! We’re talking about Festival International de Louisiane 2019! It’s the largest international music festival in the U.S. – just us for several days full of music, fun, food, and francophone culture!  Service Chevrolet Cadillac returns as a Premier Sponsor of the festival, as well as sponsoring the Festival International Shuttle and Volunteer Center for 2019. Not sure what Festival International is? Let us fill you in! Festival International de Louisiane is a non-profit organization that presents a range of unique performers and music artists from around the world to Lafayette, Louisiana each year. Since the first Festival, Festival International has been held every year in downtown Lafayette, LA, and the key mission of Festival is to unite Louisiana through a focus on Francophone culture and Acadiana. All who wish to come to Festival International are welcome – as the event is FREE to the general public!

Key features of Festival International include performances from musicians from over 48 states and 10 countries, visual art installments, theater, local food vendors, and specials exhibits.  Over 100 incredible music and artist performances will take place from April 24^th-28^th, with over 300,000 people from around the country expected to attend!

But that’s not all! Attendees can also participate in other activities during Festival International like the Courir du Festival 5K run/walk, which helps provides support to Festival International. If you or someone you know is a musician, there’s also the LIME event, or Louisiana International Music Exchange – this event gives the chance for Louisiana musicians and industry professionals from around the world, to interact, and also includes music showcases, industry panels & networking. If you like supporting your local community – you can also volunteer for Festival International!
