Trim Levels of the 2024 Chevy Malibu

LS

All Chevy Malibu trims come with a 1.5L Turbo 4-cylinder engine that yields 163 HP at 5700 rpm with 184 lb.-ft. of torque at 2500 to 3000. This engine is paired with a continuous variable transmission.

The LS base trim has many standard features that can be found on other Malibu trims, including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, Teen Driver, Chevy Safety Assist, and an acoustic laminated windshield. Unique LS features include 16-inch aluminum wheels with all-season blackwall tires, a 6-speaker audio system, and 6-way manual front seating.

RS

The Malibu RS trim has 18-inch aluminum wheels with all-season blackwall tires, automatic halogen headlamps, and body-color power outside mirrors. 1LT

The Chevy Malibu 1LT trim comes with 17-inch aluminum wheels and all-season blackwall tires, automatic halogen headlamps, and body-color heated power outside windows. Inside the 1LT, there’s an 8-way power driver seat, a 6-way manual front passenger seat, steering-wheel-mounted controls, a manual tilt and telescoping steering column, and heated front seating. The 2LT is the highest Chevy Malibu trim, offering enhanced interior and exterior features.
