It’s Powerful
The 2019 Blazer is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine and gets 193 horsepower and 188 pounds-feet of torque. The four-cylinder engine is available in front-wheel drive only. This lightweight engine gives the Blazer plenty of power yet allows it to remain nimble when maneuvering in and out of traffic.
If you’re looking for more power, opt for the available 3.6-liter V-6 engine. This more powerful engine cranks out 308 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. You can choose between the standard all-wheel drive system or the dual-clutch all-wheel drive system, which is available on the Premier and RS trim levels. The dual-clutch system transfers power between both the front and rear wheels, as well as from side to side.

It Performs
If you’re driving the Blazer RS trim level, you’ll notice it has a quicker response time, thanks to a quicker steering ratio. The V-6 makes it easy to tow your toys behind it and when equipped properly, the Blazer has a maximum towing capacity of 4,500 pounds. The Hitch Guidance feature makes it easy to align your trailer by displaying a center line in your rearview camera that shows where the hitch is. Additionally, the Hitch View system shows you an overhead view of the hitch.

It’s Comfortable
The interior of the 2019 Blazer has enough room for five people, so you can load up your family and friends for a day out. If your backseat passengers have long legs, give them extra room by sliding the rear seat forward. This feature also allows for more cargo room and makes it easier to load and unload.
Heated and cooled front seats and a heated steering wheel are available options in the 2019 Blazer.
