We’re here today to introduce you to the innovative and stylish Chevy Silverado 3500. If you’re a Chevy fan, or if you’re just getting to know them, you’ve come to the right place. There’s a lot to love about the Silverado, and we’re going to show them all to you.

At a Glance: Basics about the 2023 Chevy Silverado 3500

Chevy has made a lot of updates in the last couple of years, and it shows in the 2023 Silverado. These heavy-duty truck models are working class while still having enough perks to make them well worth a second look. Released in the summer of 2022 in Flint, Michigan, these trucks are still the standard for a reason.

Featuring a hard-working V-8 standard engine, rear or four-wheel drive, and beds over seven feet long, these trucks can haul and tow anything you can dream of, all without breaking the bank. There are plenty of other great features of the Silverado, including large, comfortable interiors, an upgraded chassis, multiple engine types, and a variety of great body styles guaranteed to fit any job.

Unique Features

Check out this Interior

The Silverado’s interior is large and comfortable while still providing a top-tier driving experience with keyless ignition, heated front and rear seats, a heated steering wheel, a heads-up display, power steering, wireless charging, a universal remote transmitter, a sun sensor, dual-zone front climate control, and Bose premium speakers.

The cab also features a touchscreen that integrates Apple and Android smartphone usage, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and satellite radio. The multi-flex tailgate available in the HD models even boasts an extra speaker on the tailgate itself, so you don’t have to sacrifice your tunes while you’re loading up the cab!

Upgraded Chassis

The 3500 offers a strengthened chassis and a dual rear wheel setup, making it perfect for large payloads. You will never have to strwhetherher or not your truck can handle anything you throw in it, considering it can handle over 7,000 pounds. That also means a stronger towing capacity, as the regular cab can tow over 20,000 pounds.

Multiple Engine Choices

The standard 401 horsepower V-8 gas engine in a Silverado has a six-speed automatic transmission that can pull up to 20,000 pounds and has 464 pound-feet of torque. Upgrade to the Duramax turbocharged V-8 diesel engine with 445 horsepower and a ten-speed automatic transmission, and you’re looking at the capacity to tow up to 36,000 pounds with 910 pound-feet of torque.

Body Styles

Silverados have a few body styles available, including single cab, double cab, or four-door crew cab. The regular cab can comfortably fit three, while the double and crew cabs can fit six across two rows of seats. All models offer interior cubby storage, including a large center console bin and optional storage compartments under the back seat, as well as bins added into the rear-seat cushions.

Speaking of body features, we’d be remiss not to mention the trailer view system. The Silverado has cameras strategically set up around the vehicle, so you can check the trailer hitch and the sides of the vehicle and even provides a “transparency trailer” so you can check out the view behind your trailer whenever you need.
