October is national Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and all of us at Service Chevrolet Cadillac are proudly supporting the cause! When it comes to breast cancer, no one should have to fight it alone! Chevrolet believes that when we come together, we can reach the destination of a cure in the future.
1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. For 7 years in a row, Chevrolet and its dealers has partnered with the American Cancer Society to help change that statistic. Through this partnership, $7.8 million have been contributed to benefit breast cancer research, screenings, and patient care.
As a top Chevrolet dealership in the Lafayette area, we want to show our support both locally and nationally to aid towards the cause. Every Friday of this month, our employees wear pink to show that we’re here to stand against cancer, and to help those in need.
You can help make a difference in your area too by finding a walk, signing up for a screening or making a contribution today! Chevrolet is also running a social campaign called IDriveFor to further help the cause. Tell us who you drive for on Instagram or Twitter using the #IDriveFor hashtag, and Chevrolet will contribute $5 to the American Cancer Society for every post!
